What is it that inspires you? The definition of inspiration is anything that you find mentally stimulating, anything that has a positive influence in what you say or do. From a personal standpoint, I find reading exciting, especially, when it teaches me a principle I can put into practice right away, and if you have not notice, I also enjoy writing of which it tends to get my creative juices going. For many it is music, viewing or listening to a program that provokes the inner world of thought, or a stroll around the neighborhood. But whatever you do, surround yourself with what you find stimulating and motivation will become a habit. So, how do you start your day? Make is a matter of scheduling the most challenging first thing in the morning by making a note to yourself, text, or you can always email yourself like I do, as a reminder. And you will find that the rest of the day will be smooth sailing which tends to be impelling. A degree of anxiety in of itself is really a good thing, because it serves as a great motivator. However, undue anxiety is counteractive, unhealthy, and not beneficial for our wellbeing. I try to get the most challenging task out of the way first before I do anything else, otherwise, your nervous system will start screaming at you and will get louder and louder progressively and this often makes for an elongated and unpleasant day. Let us avoid this!
