Have you ever noticed that the stalks of celery closely resemble the human bones? This is what we discussed this week, osteoporosis in connection with the human skeletal makeup. Celery is among many other foods that we ingest from nature that benefits our health and well-being.
From my personal perspective, I can only extrapolate that there is a providential message that is being given that reflects the concern for the human family. However, there is much more than a superficial appearance of the commonality of celery and the human bone. The constitution of celery is comprised of 23% sodium (salt) which is the 6th most common element on earth, and it is not coincidental that our skeleton also contains the same percentage of sodium.
